Jay & Kai tribute

The quintet of Ilja Reijngoud and Bert Boeren pays tribute to the world most famous trombone group: The Jay & Kai Quintet.  Jay Jay Johnson – by far the most virtuoze and influential Jazz artist of his age – teamed up with Kai Winding to play together the Jazz songs of the day, setting a standard for all upcoming trombone players.
Ilja made new and catchy arrangements of their most significant repertoire.
